I’m working on pipeline flow imaging.Iwonder if it in Netgen to generate a 3D mesh with Z-direction horizontal .please help me and write the code.

I’m working on pipeline flow imaging.Iwonder if it in Netgen to generate a 3D mesh cylinder with Z-direction horizontal such as:
fmdl= ng_mk_cyl_models([1,0.3,0.05],[nelec,ring_vert_pos],[0.1,0.05,0.02]);
but in horizontal position not in vertical as this a/m code
.please help me and write the code.
